Paradise Organics Refund Policy

Refund Policy Overview

Our refund window starts from the day you receive the product and lasts up to 30 days for items purchased directly through https://paradise.direct.  Items purchased on other sites besides https://paradise.direct have a 30 day refund window.

Please note that submitting a request is not a guarantee that it will be approved.  Paradise Organics monitors all claims to identify potential misuse or abuse of our refund policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will handle each request individually.

  • Requests for high-value orders may take longer to review and may be refunded as store credit.
  • Refund Policy Exclusions:
    • Items returned to Paradise Organics without an approved request cannot be processed and will be refused and returned to the sender.
    • Please return the correct item, Paradise Organics is unable to keep items that were mistakenly sent to us.
    • Paradise Organics reserves the right to limit or deny requests deemed to violate or abuse our policies or involve any fraudulent activity.

How to Start the Return Process

You can return an item within 30 days for a refund. Kindly note that we accept only unopened items for returns. 

Call our Customer Support team at (812) 842-0820, Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm CST.

Explain the reason for the return request. (You may be required to provide additional information).

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email from us explaining what to do next.  

Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see the return instructions email.

Follow all instructions in the email to complete the return process.

Once the return is received and verified to be in original condition, the refund will be processed.
Please allow 7-10 business days for most refunds to finish processing and for the funds to appear back in the account associated with your payment method.

How to Start the Refund Process

You can report a lost order or a missing, wrong, damaged, or expired item by completing a refund request.

Call our Customer Support team at (812) 842-0820, Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 5:00pm CST.

Explain the reason for the refund request. (You may be required to provide additional information).

If your request is approved your refund may be granted to the original payment method or offered as store credit. If you would like to use your refund immediately, we recommend accepting your refund as store credit.  Please note, refunds to the original payment method may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to process. 

Will I be refunded for items removed from my order?

If any item in your order is out-of-stock, Paradise Organics will remove the item from your order and notify you immediately. 

Rest assured - you won't be charged for any item(s) removed from your order. You will only be charged for the item(s) delivered. 

 

Orders

Can I make changes to my order once it has been submitted?

We understand that you may need to make changes to your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If you'd like to modify your order, please give us a call promptly at 812-842-0820.  If your order has not yet been shipped, we'll be happy to assist you in adjusting the items or details of your order.

In the event that your order has already been shipped, we recommend placing a new order with the correct products you wish to purchase. Afterward, please contact our team at 812-842-0820.   We kindly ask that you return the package within 24 hours of its arrival. Refunds typically take 1-14 days, depending on your card issuing bank.

Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?

Absolutely. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please contact us at 812-842-0820 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it right away.

If your order has already been shipped, don't worry.   Once you receive your shipment, simply send it back to us. Please note that the refund process may vary depending on your card issuing bank. Typically, it takes anywhere between 1-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your card statement. If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us at 812-842-0820, and we'll be glad to investigate the matter further.

Why was my order canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel.

If an item becomes out-of-stock, it will typically be removed from your order and the rest of the items will be shipped. However, if there are no other items in your order, your order will be canceled.

You will not be charged for the canceled order. You may see a pending transaction which is voided upon order cancellation.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to appear back in the financial account associated with order payment.

Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We will always process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I apply a coupon or discount code to my purchase?

To apply a discount or coupon code to your purchase, simply follow these steps during the checkout process:

  • Once you've added all the desired items to your cart, proceed to the checkout page.
  • Look for a designated field where you can enter your coupon code. It's directly under the product listings and labeled "Coupon Code".
  • Enter the code exactly as it appears, taking care to ensure there are no spaces or errors.
  • Click "Apply Coupon" to apply the discount.
  • You'll then be able to review the savings before finalizing your order. The discount will be reflected in the updated order total.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

 

 

How will my order ship?

We ship orders using UPS, USPS or FedEx with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation.  

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and where it’s being delivered.  Shipping cost is always calculated at checkout.  

What countries do you ship to?

At this time we only ship in the United States. 

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days for continental U.S. destinations.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Central Time can be considered placed the next business day. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do not deliver on Sunday nor national holidays. Some areas may require more time for delivery.

Gift Cards

Can I purchase gift cards from you?

Absolutely! We offer gift cards for purchase right here.

Paradise Organics gift cards make fantastic presents for your loved ones or even as a treat for yourself!

How can I use my gift card?

Using your gift card is easy! During your cart, you'll notice a specific field where you can apply your gift card code. Simply enter the code in that field, and the amount of your gift card will be deducted from your total purchase.
