• Returning the wrong item.
  • Please make sure you are returning the correct item. Paradise Organics is unable to keep items that are mistakenly sent to us and we cannot guarantee their return or provide compensation.
• Unapproved Returns
  • Please make sure to submit a refund request prior to sending anything back to us. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

• False claims.
  • Claiming an item was not received when there is proof of delivery by the carrier.
  • Claiming an item was not as described.

  • Using or damaging an item and then returning it.
  • Submitting refund requests after 30 days of purchase.
