A simple and effective recipe for DIY facial cleansing wipes using natural ingredients.

 
Ingredients;

- 1 cup distilled, or boiled, than cooled, water

- 1 tablespoon liquid castile soap

- 1 tablespoon fractionated coconut oil

- 10 drops tea tree essential oil

- 10 drops lavender essential oil

- 10 drops chamomile essential oil

- 10-15 soft, high-quality paper towels

- Airtight container

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the distilled water, liquid castile soap, fractionated coconut oil, and essential oils. Mix well to ensure everything is combined thoroughly.

2. Stack the paper towels in a pile and cut them to the desired size so they fit into your airtight container.

3. Place the cut paper towels into the airtight container, ensuring they fit neatly inside.

4. Carefully pour the liquid mixture over the paper towels in the container, allowing it to absorb completely.

5. Once the towels are saturated, seal the container with the lid and store in a cool, dark place.

That’s it!  All natural facial cleansing wipes that are good for your skin!  

Cooling Eye Gel

Cooling Aloe Vera and Cucumber Eye Gel: 


Ingredients:

     - 1/4 cup aloe vera gel

     - 2 tablespoons cucumber juice

     - 1 tablespoon witch hazel

Instructions:

1. In a small container, combine the aloe vera gel, cucumber juice, and witch hazel.

2. Stir well and store the gel in the refrigerator for a cooling effect.

3. Apply a small amount around the eyes for a refreshing pick-me-up.

Whipped Shea Butter Hair Mask

Whipped Shea Butter Hair Mask:

Ingredients:

     - 1/2 cup raw shea butter

     - 2 tablespoons coconut oil

     - 1 teaspoon argan oil

     - 10 drops lavender essential oil

Instructions:

     1. In a mixing bowl, whip the raw shea butter until it becomes fluffy.

     2. Add the coconut oil, argan oil, and lavender essential oil, and continue whipping until well combined.

     3. Apply the mask to clean, damp hair, focusing on the ends. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with shampoo.

Rosemary Infused Hair Rinse

Rosemary Infused Hair Rinse:

Ingredients:

      - 5 drops rosemary essential oil

      - 3 drops tablespoons apple cider vinegar 

      - 4 cups boiling water

Instructions:

1.  Boil 4 cups of water and allow to cool.

2.  Add five drops of rosemary essential oil and 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the cooled water.  

3.  Pour into a jar and leave overnight.

Once you've shampooed your hair, pour a cup of the rinse over it, massage it in, and allow it to sit for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.

 

Matcha Green Tea Face Scrub

Matcha Green Tea Face Scrub:

Ingredients:

     - 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

     - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

     - 1 tablespoon coconut oil

     - 5 drops lemon essential oil

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix the matcha green tea powder and granulated sugar.

2. Add the coconut oil and lemon essential oil, and stir until well combined.

3. Gently massage the scrub onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse with warm water.

Lavender and Oatmeal Bath Soak

Lavender and Oatmeal Bath Soak:

Ingredients:

     - 1 cup finely ground oatmeal

     - 1/2 cup dried lavender buds

     - 1/2 cup Epsom salt

Instructions:

1. Combine the finely ground oatmeal, dried lavender buds, and Epsom salt in a bowl.

2. Store the mixture in a sealed jar or container.

3. To use, add a few tablespoons to a warm bath and soak for 20-30 minutes.
