Refund policy
The following Return/Exchange Policy only applies to online purchases made at Paradise Organics through our website at www.paradise.direct
We accept returns received within 30 days of the original purchase delivery date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only if received within 30 days of original purchase delivery date.
Return Reasons & Fees
For defective products the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping fees. This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
On a preference-based return, the customer will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.
To mail your return/exchange product back to us, securely pack your merchandise and receipt in a box of your choice (you may also use the original package). Mail your online returns/exchanges to the following address:

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s), please notify us as soon as possible so we can advise you and resolve the issue.
Paradise Organics reserves the right to charge a restock fees for non-compliance to our policy or to deny a return in part or full.
